Pre-construction consultation services are recommended when you wish to analyze how you will use your space before it actually exists. This is the most appropriate and least expensive time make any necessary changes to floor plans, lighting, electrical, and plumbing. This is when you decide on features such as automation: you can hardwire in the motorization and automation of window treatments, Smarthome features, lighting, etc.; wiring for surround sound, intercom, phone systems, and computer networking; and to choose proper placement of lighting and electrical.
It is also wise to go ahead and plan your spaces with furniture, art and accessories so that you can be assured of having the necessary space for each special item, as well as the traffic patterns you desire. Once you begin construction, change orders are not only expensive, they can cause unnecessary stress in all parties involved.
We also offer complete turn-key home/office furnishing packages for those clients who wish for a stress-free move-in experience. During the months while construction is underway, we work closely with the client to achieve a color palette, furnishings, art, lighting, and accessories that mirror the client's own sense of personal style. On move-in day, our client will walk into their warm and inviting, personalized space feeling as if we have read their minds. Actually, it's just great detective work!
